Impelementation a Dual Speed Execution:

A new start-up launched in 2020 saw a tremendous growth in the first 3 months, yet slowed down afterwards. ONE GML was tasked to implement a dual speed execution approach with strategy mapping at the company level and Top Priority Goal approach at the operational level. Through intensive workshop and coaching, the project was completed in two months. Since then, the start-up’s user base has grown more than 60X in the course of only 1 year.

A large state-owned enterprise in the manufacturing industry saw a need to develop agile and people oriented leadership in order to manage more demanding new millennial workers. ONE GML designed a comprehensive pre, during, and post leadership development program utilizing digital technology. More than 200 managers were developed and coached.
